The Albany Room of the Holiday Inn – Yorkdale was the location for a special seminar on Real Estate Legislation this past 3rd of April, 2001. The speaker was Mauro Ritacca, manager of government Relations for the Toronto Real Estate Board. Mr. Ritacca proceeded to present an update on the legislative initiatives impacting the Real Estate Profession.
