  REIC 250: Ethical Principles & Professional Standards

REIC 251: Managing Ethical Issues in Real Estate Through case studies and discussion groups, participants at this one day workshop will examine and strengthen their own decision making process. When taken as a follow-up to REIC 250: Ethical Principles and Professional Standards, the two courses meet the ethics requirements for the FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) and CRF designations. REIC 361: Negotiation and Documentation in Commercial Leasing Focuses on leasing procedures which follow the selection of qualified premises and confirmation of the economic feasibility of the acquisition. Five days. Final exam.

  REIC 360: The Leasing Process ...introduces the student to commercial real estate leasing transactions and provides a foundation for directing acquisitions of commercial accommodation through the medium of a lease. Five days. Final exam.
REIC 600: Ethics and Business Practices REIC’s senior level ethics program deals extensively with ethical codes and management issues. Using case studies, group discussions, workshops, and videos, participants will study various real estate ethical codes and will acquire the tools and strategies to maintain strict ethical standards in a business setting. Three days. Final assignment.

  REIC 500: Problem-Solving and Decision-Making for Property Managers(IREM) Reviews main concepts previously studied and introduces new concepts and techniques. Using the case study method, the student identifies and seeks solutions real-life to property management problems, uses applied skills to test their recommendations, and finally communicates their solutions.
